LUNA Base Marker Rubber Base is a modern marker-format version of a clear rubber base with a thinner, more fluid formula than the standard LUNAmoon Rubber Base. It is designed for precise, fast, and controlled application as a base layer under hard materials, colored bases, camouflage bases, or gel polish systems.

The marker format allows the nail technician to apply a controlled amount of product with natural hand movements, similar to holding a pen. This helps make the application more accurate, clean, and economical while reducing excess product waste.

The base has a liquid consistency, pH level of 3–4, and is intended mainly as an adhesion layer rather than a thick leveling material. On very thin or damaged nails, it may cause a temporary heat or burning sensation during curing. For best results, do not remove the sticky layer after curing the base, as it supports chemical adhesion with the next coating layer.

After use, close the marker cap tightly. Do not leave the product open or expose it to UV/LED light, direct sunlight, daylight, or bright working lamps. Store in a dark place to help prevent premature polymerization.

Storage Conditions

• Remove the previous coating if needed.
• Lightly prepare the natural nail with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer without strong pressure.
• Perform the manicure. If cuticle remover was used, wash hands with soap and dry thoroughly.
• Degrease the nail plate with LUNAmoon Nail Prep in two steps, paying attention to the cuticle area and sidewalls.
• Apply LUNAmoon Ultrabond if needed and wait 1 minute.
• Apply LUNA Base Marker Rubber Base to the nail plate as a thin base layer.
• Cure for 60 seconds in a professional 36–48W UV/LED lamp.
• Do not remove the sticky layer after curing.
• Apply and level with the next material, such as colored base or builder gel, then cure for 120 seconds.
• File and refine the nail shape after leveling.
• Remove the sticky layer if needed, then apply gel polish or camouflage base.
• Finish with top coat and cure for 120 seconds.
