LUNA Acid Primer is a professional nail preparation liquid used before gel, acrylic, base gel, or nail extension systems. It helps degrease and prepare the natural nail plate, improving adhesion between the natural nail and artificial coating materials.

This acid primer is especially useful for challenging nail plates where stronger adhesion is needed. It is applied in a very small amount after nail preparation and cleaning, before applying base gel, gel, or acrylic products.

Apply carefully and avoid contact with the cuticle, sidewalls, and surrounding skin. Before application, wipe the brush with a lint-free wipe to remove excess product. After applying, wait approximately 1 minute until the primer dries and evaporates from the nail surface. No lamp curing is required.

• Perform the manicure.
• Lightly prepare the natural nail with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer without strong pressure.
• Remove dust with a clean brush.
• Degrease the nail plate with LUNAmoon Nail Prep, paying attention to the cuticle area and sidewalls.
• Wipe the primer brush with a lint-free wipe to remove excess product.
• Apply a very small amount of LUNA Acid Primer to the nail plate, avoiding the cuticle and skin.
• Wait approximately 1 minute until the primer dries and evaporates.
• Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base or another compatible base layer using a rubbing technique.
• Continue with gel, acrylic, base, color, or extension system as needed.
• Finish with top coat and cure according to the top coat instructions.
